SOMETHING HAPPENED IN ROW C.

Every camera in the lot is watched, stall by stall, all night. The moment a hit-and-run, a break-in or a barrier run starts, the AI flags it, clips it and seals it. If it happened to your vehicle, the footage is already waiting behind this sign-in.

03 — How access works

Sealed, then released to you.

3 steps
no human delay

  1. The AI flags it

A door opens where no door should. A bumper pulls in and never comes back. A barrier arm lifts with no ticket behind it. The engine watches every stall and every aisle, and flags the frame in under 200 milliseconds.

    <200MS · EVERY FRAME
    24/7 · NO BLINKS
  2. The clip is sealed

The 30 seconds before and 2½ minutes after the flag are cut and sealed — hashed with SHA-256 and time-stamped before anyone, including us, can look at them. That is why the previews above cannot be sharpened.

  3. You verify, we release

Sign in and the seal opens on your side: full resolution, plate legible, sound, and the whole window around the event. Shareable with your insurer or the police in two clicks — and with nobody else, ever.

04 — Questions

Before you sign in.

Response · under 4H

Because we cannot confirm it is your vehicle until you tell us. Every sealed clip is held in full resolution, but previews are rendered blurred for anyone who is not a verified case party. The blur sits on top of the frame — it never touches the file underneath.

At enrollment a vehicle is bound to a bay, a level and a plate. When a flag fires inside that bay's zone, the case attaches to the account that holds it — and to verified residents of the same address. Signing in matches you to those cases and to nothing else.

Yes — plate reads are what tie an event to a specific vehicle. In every preview, plates are masked along with everything else, so they are only legible inside an unsealed case that you are verified for.

The blur lifts, playback unlocks, and every sealed clip tied to your bay appears in your case list with its timestamp, camera, confidence score and SHA-256 hash. Nothing downloads to your device unless you export it.

Only with explicit opt-in, per camera, revocable any time. The default is no. And no footage — opted in or not — is ever sold or shown to anyone outside the verified parties of a specific case.
